June 27, 2016 at 12:21 pmI’m running 10.11.5, however I found that 10.11.3 was more stable. I’m getting freezes in 10.11.5, though they are system freezes and have nothing to do with Premiere.

btw, you’ll see at least some improvement if you empty your cache from AE (the other apps as far as I know don’t have that option in Preferences). It loads up REALLY fast, and you’ll have like 252 meg or more just sitting there taking up space and slowing things down.
