    Hey,
I have two songs. I am trying to sync one song to the rhythm of the other one.
However, the songs are always 1 second apart in the timeline, even when I zoom in all the way. I have tried turning off snapping.
    What do i do?
    Thanks!

Expand the audio track to reveal the waveform, then select the clip you want to move, hold alt and use the arrows key to move the clip one frame at the time forward or back in time.

I’ve tried, but I dont want it to be limited to the frame, I want the audio track right in between two frames, thats when the two waveforms from the tracks are sync.
    Thanks!

In that case, change the timecode to audio units. It’s in the contextual menu, top right side of your timeline
