    hi guy i hv premier pro cs4 n when ever i try to install it it always demand for a dvd part 1
    but installer is unable to recoganise the DVD
    i coppied all the files in one folder and replaced all file still its giving me same error

    can anyone pls tell me wat to do now

    i hv 5 dvd setup

    Adobe provides complimentary support for installation and startup issues. Give them a call.
