Well it depends what you are going to be doing.
DVDA might have fewer bugs, and work better for a real simple menu and quickly slapping your dvd together, however Encore is much better for doing custom menus, transitions, scene selection menus, etc. Also, Encore’s integration with After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop is extremely beneficial.
