Adobe Media Encoder wrong presets
I have a project and I want to add it to the queue.
I select the sequence, then select File, Export, Media. I define a new preset there called “iphone4”, that is a Quicktime format, MP4 format with custom parameters.
I then click on Add to queue.
Adobe Media Encoder opens showing different parameters and ready to encode the video in F4V. The preset I have defined there is not on Adobe Media Encoder. BTW there is no QuickTime option on AME. No way to adjust the same parameters I had there.
I have reinstalled Premiere 3 times, nothing. How do I solve this?

Have you tried creating the new preset directly inside of AME? Instead of doing in PPro do it in AME. In the Preset Browser tab click on the “+” and setup from there. Once you’re done, save it and verify it shows up in your list of options.
Quicktime is available inside of Premiere. Once you create a new preset a dialog box will pop up. Under the Format” drop down menu choose Quicktime (you can also do stills, mp3, wav, etc from here), then choose your codec of choice (DV NTSC, ProRes, DNxHD, Uncompressed, etc.).
If you’re on a PC make sure that Quicktime is installed on your system.
