Adobe Media Encoder not fully encoding!
Hello!
I am using Windows 7 (64 Bit)
I’ve had a problem for a few days now trying to encode about 6 minutes of fraps footage from World of Warcraft. Although I’ve tried encoding in multiple codecs, the error always appears. Currently I’m trying for the youtube Widescreen HD setting (using CS4).
Usually the encoder gets to around 50 – 60% and then it suddenly stops with the ! error. Details follow,
– Source File: C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\Blood Queen’s Downfall_1.prproj
– Output File: C:\Users\user\Desktop\Sequence 01.mp4
– Preset Used: YouTube Widescreen HD
– Video: NTSC, 1280×720, 24 [fps], Progressive
– Audio: AAC, 64 [kbps], 44.1 kHz, Stereo
– Bitrate: VBR, 1 Pass, Target 6.00, Max 9.00 [Mbps]
– Encoding Time: 00:00:22
3/3/2010 12:21:49 PM : Encoding Failed

The Operation was interrupted by user
————————————-There are also other error messages below this one, some with the text,
“Error compiling movie.
Unknown error.”
I’ve looked everywhere on the web trying to find a solution for this problem but nothing has worked.
Please help, this is very annoying, since I plan to use Adobe to work with my Hawaii footage in the future.
Thank you so much,
– Seth
