I’m working with an AVCHD project in Premiere Pro CS4. I’d like to export the sequence as 30fps (since Vimeo prefers 30fps) with PNG compression. However when I try to export my sequence with this setting, I just get black video (with audio). If I change the frame rate to 29.97fps, the video export ok.

    (1) Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix?

    (2) Does uploading your videos to youtube/vimeo at an even number frame rate (rather than 29.97 or 23.976) make a big difference?
