    Hi,

I need the experts advise on exporting to flash video using adobe media encoder.

I have edited a video with duration of 1.5 hrs and would like to export it as flash video. However, i have totally no clue on the settings to choose.

On the Preset, do i choose PAL source to 512kbps?
Do i need to resize my video?
What about the frame rate and bitrates?

I will need to have the flash video in high quality and reasonably file size. Please see the reference web for the quality that i am trying to achieve:

Please help to recommend the best settings.

Thanks in advance for the help!
