  Adobe Media Encoder doesn’t recognize AVCHD footage.

  Hi, I know I have another topic about converting to cineform open, but I think this might be a seperate issue all together. I’m trying open video from my Sony HDR CX-160 camera in AME so I can convert the footage to cineform or DNxHD or something. I can’t even open the footage. Whether I try to copy it directly from the camera, or copy the file right on to my hard drive, its grayed out so I can’t select it:

  

  Anyone know why this could be the case?
