Adobe Illustrator Background
This has been an ongoing issue for some time. I plan on adding screen shots hoping it explains my question but first some background.
1. I’m using Illustrator CS6
2. I use Illustrator mostly to manipulate files for my whiteboard software so my skill in illustrator is limited
3. My question will be about saving a vector image as a raster image with a transparent background with a boundary (this is where I hope my screen shots below explains better what I need to accomplish).
4. Not sure if my problem is a setting or a feature in Illustrator or with the file itself. So I’m attaching the EPS file I talk about in the screen shots below

Hmmm, not sure if I my request is understandable or if I did not word it correctly. Any thoughts? I can send video if that helps.
