  Adobe ENcore subtitles problem

  Hi, im having a problem with subtitle tracks after the project has been burnt.
  

  the small white mark at the bottom of the image is all that shows up on some of the subtitles, some work fine but then this shows up for others, i have no idea why as the subtitles are fine in the project when i checked

  Any help would be appreciated, thank you 🙂
