Hello, this may be a quick fix but I haven’t found any posts regarding it. I just installed Adobe Encore on a new iMac here in the office. I hooked up an external drive that has an Encore project on there that I was working on earlier today on a different machine. The project loads up on the iMac but in my monitor the video is scaled up about 300% (rough estimate, I never saw the number 300 anywhere). I checked my project settings and they’re all set to Blu-Ray. The title safe area grid is perfect on the screen so it’s not the view options for the monitor. I can’t figure out why it doesn’t just play at normal size in the timeline. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hmm… I wonder if it thinks your HD video is placed into an SD timeline? Can you try importing the video again and placing it into a new timeline?
