I’m working in Premiere CS4 and I’m ready to put this 7 minute movie in MPEG format to then transfer it over to Encore for a DVD. I have had no problems in the past, except this one really irritating one I can’t figure out.

For some reason, I’m using a repeated theme in my titles of Adobe’s called a “fractal”. It’s comprised of three parts. Well, as Adobe Media Encoder begins to transcode, it starts randomly displaying this three part fractal theme. It might show all three parts in one title. Two parts in another and one in another with no apparant rhyme or reason.

I’ve tried new updates, etc. I’ve tried 2 pass VBR instead of one pass.

Has anyone had this problem? Everything else transcodes just fine. Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your help!,

    Jody…

Just curious why you’re not Dynamic linking your PPro sequenceinto Encore and then saving the encode for the end in Encore?

Press Check Project in the Build tab and dubble click on the message. See if you can delete it then from there.

Tried that. It’s way too complex a project and Encore chokes too much. All works well when I do it this way . . . except the silly little fractal theme.

Oh, well, in the scheme of life, this isn’t a huge problem.

    Best,
    Jody
