I installed Production Premium CS4 on my desktop and on my laptop. My primary drive on the desktop crashed and I replaced it with a new one and reinstalled Production Premium CS4. Now, when I open any of the programs I get a message saying I exceeded the number of computers the Suite could be installed in. When I try to deactivate the programs on the desktop, using the Help, the Deactivate button is not active. How do I get Production Premium CS4 deactivated and reactivated properly on my desktop?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hate to sound silly here but did you call adobe and have them shut down the activation so you can activate it again?

Not silly at all, it’s just that Adobe is closed on weekends and I would like to solve the problem before monday.
