Adobe CS2 media encoder
Hi everyone, my name is Kathleen, and I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro. I just downloaded CS2 on Friday, and am having issues with Media Encoder. I got it to open once but now when I click on it, it won’t open. Can anyone tell me if I am missing a step? Whenever I click on the other export options they open. I am trying to export for website mainly, but for one project I also need to export for television using H.264.
Here is my computer information. I am using a Dell Precision WorkStation 690, running Windows XP Professional version 5.1.2600. The processor is Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU 5110 @1.60GHz. The processing speed is 1.56GHz. Memory- 4096MB.
Can someone please help?

CS2 isn’t available for download from Adobe’s site, is it? I think it’s now CS5, which won’t run on your system.
Generally, if something is broken like this on windows, the general thought is to uninstall/reinstall.
