Adobe Bridge Incredibly Slow working with multiple DSLR video clips
Hey Everyone! I’m trying to keyword a lot of 6D video clips in Bridge CC, and it’s really, really slow. I’m working on a relatively fast computer, but if I ever select a range of videos, it can take up to 20 seconds to finally highlight them all. Is there something that can be done to make it faster? It really makes keywording a bear.

Is it necessary to have the preview panel when you are batching?
turning off might help…
you can create custom layouts to quickly toggle this, I think…
and Bridge can be a bear with fresh media that has been indexed yet.

Ok, wow! Without the preview panel open, it’s quite zippy! I never would have guessed that to be the problem. But without it, it’s rather hard to go through my footage and keyword it based on any content other than the first frame. :/ I’d assume that there’s no hover scrub, right?
