    Well, if Premiere could do everything AE does, we probably wouldn’t need AE 🙂

    You certainly can do a dynamic link, but if you start working with text effects in AE, you’ll quickly see why it just wouldn’t be manageable in Premiere.

    Of course you’re right – just getting into dynamic linking which seems pretty useful. Fairly new to Premier although been an AFX user for a long time. I’d quite like to see a combo app one day that combines the two.

    You can do editing and effects with a Quantel iQ or with an Autodesk Smoke. If you have the money and time for it of course.
