My name is Patrice, I recently installed Adobe After Effect (ver 7.0) on my PC. Now, I was able to catch a very interesting AE tutorial below:

========================================Before I have started I got a message that I haven’t AE FREE FORM EFFECTS ? . My question is where I can get this feature on the internet, does it a plug ins ? where I can does for free if possible and load it

It would appear that you need their Freeform plug-in which you can apparently download from here:
