I’m using Richard Harringtons photoshop for non linear editors and he suggests ‘run a levels adjustment and watch how I can choke the mat”. HOWEVER, when I select create new adjustment and select levels… RGB appears next to CHANNEL at the top of the LEVELS window , NOT ‘CHAIN MASK” as it does in Richard’s how to video. I can’t therefore further choke the matte.

Does this make sense to anyone? Richard, are you there? Thanks.

A selection was made on the image first before adding the adjustment layer…

I think you have skipped a few steps in the exercise… start it from the top
