Adjustment layer
I use add adjustment and apply effect adjust color balance. But it only works for the text in AE not other graphics there.
Do anyone know what wrong? -

If you want to affect more than one layer, you should:
1)Create an adjustment layer (layer>new>adjustment layer).
2)Next, apply the effect to the adjustment layer. This effect will then be applied to all layers below the adjustment layer.Does that help?

No idea. Possibly you are using certain blendmodes that do not reflect adjustments (e.g. Add or Screen) because the only add up luminosity. Other than that check if any of your layers are guide layers or your alpha channel actually registers as non-transparent in the areas that you want to be affected.
