    Hi Everybody,
I want to animate a magnifine glass going over some graphics, and the graphics to “magnify” as it passes over them. I’m running into problems tho when I parent the adjustment layer (with the effect “bulge” applied) to the graphic of the magnifine glass. Moving the adjustment layer is having no effect on the position of the bulge effect. I tried using an expression to tie the parent layers position to the buldge effects “Center” property, but that didn’t work either since I want to be able to rotate the magnifine glass as well.

    Any suggestions?

I don’t really understand what you are trying to do and where you are having difficulties, but be sure to have the center of the effect in the center of your magnifying glas. Rotation doesn’t matter to the Bulge effect, so it would be logical to go that route.

using an expression link the effects center point to the adjustment layers position. That will do it.

Spo in Bulge Center add the expression: transform.position
