adjustment layer applied to one layer Only
Does anybody knows how to apply an adjustment layer (in ae) to a selected layer only? (without precomposing, cause I need to keep my transfer mode)

You can’t limit the effect of an adjustment layer. It will affect all the layers below.
You can however precompose a layer, and set the ‘continuous rasterize’ switch to keep the blend modes.
