    adjusting gain in the bin

    I digitized a bunch of clips from a DVC pro tape and all of the audio is low. I want to be able to select all of the clips in the bin and raise the Gain of those clips by +4DB. Is this possible in Media Composer 3.0?

    I have read that this is possible in MC 3.5 but I don’t have a free upgrade from MC 3.0.

    Not possible in 3.0. This feature was introduced in 3.5.

    For a few hundred bucks you can upgrade to 4.0, which offers a lot of new functions and improvements (including batch adjusting clip gain in a bin). Definitely worth the money.
