  • Adjust text leading in Avid Titler +?

Hello! I can’t seem to figure out how to adjust the leading (the space between multiple lines of text) using the new title tool. Is there a way to do this without having to physically create multiple lines of text and line them up?

    Yes jessica,

there is a way to adjust the leading (the space between multiple lines of text) using the new title tool in some video editing software. However, the specific method to adjust the leading may vary depending on the software you are using. Generally, you should be able to find the leading option in the text properties section of the title tool. Look for options such as “Line Spacing,” “Leading,” or “Line Height.” Once you have located the option, you should be able to adjust the value to increase or decrease the spacing between lines of text.

Yes Jessica you can adjust the leading for text in the new title tool in Premiere Pro. Here’s how:<div>
</div><div>Select the text layer you want to adjust the leading for.</div><div>In the Essential Graphics panel, click on the “Edit” tab.</div><div>Click on the “Text” tab.</div><div>Under “Paragraph,” you should see a “Leading” option. Adjust the value to your desired spacing.</div><div>Click “OK” to apply the changes.</div><div>Alternatively, you can use the shortcut key “Option/Alt + Up/Down Arrow” to adjust the leading of the selected text layer in the Program Monitor</div>
