adding text/ title to project
I need a very simple title and suppose I could just create a graphic and suppose I could just insert it in the timeline but I have to learn how this thing works so I need to insert text. Help says essentially to go to edit and start typing except in the long dropdown list I cant find anywhere a window to start typing. I had a window displayed in media generator with lots of options for something but no place to type my title. in the preview window I see the preset window I suppose will be the title but no place elsewhere on the screen to type my title. So if I can get someone to go through the simple steps I promise to save them for reference later.

oops. I found the problem. what I wanted was hidden. But wait. I’ll have something soon no doubt.
