    I’m a Flash animator, however, I’m new to Cinema 4D and 3D. I just purchased Prime R12.

My first project involves animating a rigged figure (roofer) who is wearing a safety harness. The roofer will be falling off of a roof. I also have access to rigged figures in Poser Pro 2010.

I’m interested in how to proceed with this project. Can I make use of a Poser figure or do I need to model a figure? If I need to model a figure, can I do that in Cinema 4D or is another program better for that? What is the best approach to apply the safety harness to the animated figure?

Are there materials or tutorials available of help for this kind of project?

Here is a picture of the safety harness: 2704_safetystraps.png.zip

    Please advise.

    Thank you.
