Adding Multiple Blur Values within Multiple Masks
I am attempting to blur several areas of a video with circular masks. Adding multiple masks is not the problem. I would like to assign different blur values to each mask? It seems that you can only choose one blur value across multiple masks?

Yes you have to apply multiple blur effects and add one mask to each blur effect.
