  • Adding Motion Blur to Stills or Titles

In older versions of PP I could add Video Effect / Distort / Transform to a title or still image, then I could set the motion keyframes, select ‘Use Composition’, select ‘Motion Blur’, and set the ‘Shutter Angle’ to whatever value to get an appropriate blur for the motion.
In PP CS4, Motion Blur no longer appears to be available in the Transform filter.

    Question 1
How do I add motion blur to titles or stills, based on either the Motion parameter or the Position or Anchor Parameter in the Transform filter?
Or, is there a newer better way to achieve this?

    Question 2
What is Shutter Angle for, in the Transform filter, if there is no option for Motion Blur?

I think you have to turn to AE for this effect.
