  • Adding Motion Blur to a Clip’s Movement, Whilst not Trailing the Actual Frames

Posted by Hayden Martin on November 1, 2014 at 3:47 pm

    Hi

I need a solution to create camera shake on my footage that is just enough to allow visible motion blur,

But I’ve found that previous techniques have left my footage ‘ghosting’ the previous frames too. I dont want that, I only want the bur from the physically moving layer – not the video within it.

    Thanks!

effect timewarp 100 with shutter on will only create motion blur from moving objects. you can set the shutter to manual for more blur.

track it with a mask or split it using the razor tool.
