Adding logo (with transparent background) to a video
Hello!
I am new to Adobe premiere pro (cs6). I have one questions:
I just want to add a little logo to my family home video but the logo should be having a transparent background like in this example:

Can I do that with adobe premiere pro and if yes how?
My logo always has a white background. Can I somehow make the background transparent in Premiere CS6?Thank you for your help!

You’d be better off making the background transparent in whatever program you created the logo in, possibly Photoshop or Illustrator?

If you don’t have photoshop…the logo can be keyed out using one of the key filters. But the key will apply equally to all instances of the key. For example, if it’s on white, then all white will be keyed, even places you may not want.

When keying it is often helpful to use a garbage matte to isolate the area to be keyed or maintained.
