adding intro to a finished project
Hello guys , what an amazing skills i have seen here ,
I’m made like 1 minute animation using after effects but i forgot to add intro in the beginning of the project , i wonder if their is a quick or easy way to add intro in a new comp without having to re-time or re-edit every key-frame i made because it will take a lot of time . -

You could create your new “intro” comp and drag your completed comp into the new intro comp. Thats called precomping. It will take all your previous work and make it a single layer.

Create a new Comp for your intro as John has suggested.
Make anorher new Comp(say Final) and drag both the comps in that new comp. Now you will have just two layers two adjust them in order.
