  • Adding FX as a filter in FCP

    When I apply FX to a clip in Final Cut and launch the Boris interface, there is nothing in the timeline. Shouldn’t the clip I applied it to appear? I looked in preferences and the open empty timeline box was unchecked.

    hello,

    you may have to add the clip to the image well for the filter within the fcp interface – i’ve seen this before in fcp. or you might just want to add a new track in the FX interface (command + K) to see if that does the trick.
