Adding Filler between 2 clips?
This is probably something easy, but I can’t seem to figure out how to add filler in between two clips in Media Composer 6. I can add filler to the beginning of a sequence, but can’t seem to find a command to pull filler up in the source monitor to insert it into my timeline.

Is “Load Filler” not in the drop down menu top left of the source monitor

Just a point that filler cannot be added onto the end of a sequence.
(eg extend sequence to add an audio punch in or to give a gap before next timeline clip.)I just make a black slug (disable “V” to loose transparency) with the title tool and use that.

The title tool trick the Steve mentioned works great. Also, one thing I find incredible handy, is to keep a bin stored on your desktop and cloud that serves as a utility bin. Inside that utility bin I have black slugs, bars/tone sequences, slates and any other “quick grab” stuff I might need. From within any project I can open that utility bin and then I have everything I need.

Does Filler can disinfect ?

I’m having an issue where the “Load Filler” option is no longer present. How do I fix this?
