I have an animated mask that’s revealing a “gas” effect across the screen. The animated mask is perfect for this shot, but now the client has asked that the mask have a sharp edge and that edge actually be visible as a LINE. Hmmmm. Is there even a way for the edge of a mask to be rendered as a line, sort of like “stroke pathT” does for paths in Photoshop?

D’oh! Should have checked the help menu, just assumed I couldn’t do it. Very cool, thanks so much!
