I’m trying to add a Camera Raw filter effect to an action which I then use to batch-process a pile of pictures.

Context: The photos are architectural images. I want to apply Filter-> Camera Raw Filter-> Lens Corrections sub menu (sixth button over)-> The ‘Auto’ button. What I’m trying to get PS to do is to automatically open up each image in a folder, apply the ‘Auto’ perspective correction in Camera Raw filter so that verticals get fixed, rotation fixed etc.

The trouble is, when I record the filter into the action, the actual SETTINGS for that particular image are embedded into the action: when I batch it, it applies the settings for the perspective correction from the original image to ALL the images I want to batch process.

In other words, what I want the action to do is apply ‘Auto Perspective Correction’ to ever source in the batch.

Tried editing the action file after converting to XML, no luck there.

    Suggestions?
