    After I added subtitle track and set the language to AR I tried to add subtitle in Arabic when typing or pasting Arabic words into the subtitle area the litters always get separated and change to the opposite direction meaning (lift to right) instead of right to lift even if I right click on the background of the character box and adjust the properties to (right to lift) and Arabic settings the setting change back to default (lift to right) as soon as I click else where

    As I recall, Encore does not support right-to-left text for subtitles.

    You will have to use image subtitles, such as FabScript.

    I tried to look it up online but no results
    can you please give me more names of subtitle programs or where to find them and also if you know where to get some tutorial on know how Adobe Premier CS4

    Do a search for “Fab Image Script” on the web…that should turn up a few hits that may help.
