  Adding a transparant blur layer to a motion generator

  Hello,

  I’m working on a project in motion that I want to use as a standard template for annotations on Youtube.
  Now I’m looking for a way to add a transparent layer with a blur effect added to it.
  This way everything under the generator gets blurry, but still visible

  Is this possible?
