adding a picture (or reflection) to the front of a ‘whole’ text
Hello there, I’m trying to put a picture on the front of a text, but I want it to appear spread over the complete text (not over each letter)
There’s an option in the materials panel to toggle repeats of the texture, but that does not solve the problem…
The idea is to put a logo on front of the text or to have it reflect on the front…

Hi Mark,
To apply a material on the entire text, select the text, and apply the material onto the text. Then, go into the Material Docks panel, and click on the material that you applied. By selecting the material, this expands the Material Docks panel, and you should see an extra section below the docks. In the Mapping controls, select the option “Planar Front+” and it will apply the material onto your entire text.
