adding a layer to linked .ai file
i have a project that links to an illustrator file.
the file has two layers which are animated seperately in after effects.
i now realized i need to add a third layer which i want to contain inside that same illustrator file and then animate in AE.
is there a way to add a layer without re-importing?
i always just save the layer as a new file and import it but over time this gets my projects really messy.thanks!
