    Hi,

I created a FCPX Library Template with Pre-Made Events so I don’t have to create them overtime I use the software.

Since I use a Black Solid throughout each project I work on that is 1 second long, is there a way to make a solid and put it in my Browser instead of adding a Solid and changing the duration to 1 second every time I need it?

    Thanks,

Select it, and make it into a compound clip. It will then live in the browser for EZ reuse. Or you could export it and reimport it as a clip….

Is the export/reimport a good way to easily use a compound clip without changes rippling to other uses?
