  Add Wiggle Path Effect to text

  I use Adobe Creative Suite CS3. In After Effects, I know I can apply the wiggle path effect to an object such as a line, but when I select text, I don’t see that option anywhere. Is there a way to apply this effect to text, or some similar effect?
