add same audio to multiple menus without audio starting over
I am trying to ad 1 audio file to multiple menus and have the audio continuously play

Sorry, what you are trying to do is not possible in the DVD-Video, not with any DVD authoring application. Menu video and audio backgrounds in DVD-Video can only be a single file each, per menu…they can’t be shared across menus.
