add multiple clips to Compressor and it quits!?
I’m running a brand new Mac Pro 8 core and FCS2. When I try to add more than about 25 clips to Compressor to transcode to Pro Res, it quits. The clips are shot on a Canon 5D Mark II. 1920 X1080, in AVCHD. I can add about 20 at a time and the process is smooth, but more than that, and it shuts down. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yep, I find the same. Although I can get about 30. Add your 20 and submit the batch. Once you see that the batch is encoding, close that tab and start a new tab. Add another 20 and submit. Rinse, repeat.
