  Add effect, default properties panel to “closed”?

  Is there a way to tell the effect I’m applying to a layer (via script) to collapse its properties in the effects controls panel when its created? The effect I’m applying requires a couple different built-in effects that don’t necessarily need to be modified, but add a lot of clutter to the effects panel of the layer when all opened up.
