add edge to PNG logo in FCPX
I’ve got a B&W png logo that doesn’t pop on my background video in FCPX. Is there a way to create a colored edge in FCPX to help this logo stand out?
I already added a drop shadow , but the edges really need more definition.
Unfortunately, I do not have Photoshop to manipulate the original file.Thanks for your input.

The Drop Shadow effect can be any color you want via the Color Picker. Try adding a second instance of it and adjust to make the PNG pop out more.

Have you tried using some of Preview’s tools? Save back as a PNG and reimport.
