  • Add a talkback channel in Adobe Audition?

Posted by Rob Wilson on July 31, 2018 at 5:58 pm

    Hi

I am setting up (for the first time) a home recording “studio” for recording audiobooks. I am using Adobe Audition and a PreSonus AUDIOBOX USB 96. I need to have a talkback channel between me (the engineer) and the talent in the booth. I have tried a separate channel, which works, but I can’t mute it, so it’s getting into the recording and distracting the talent.

    Any suggestions?

    Many thanks.

    Rob
