  • Actually finding all clip instances in a really long timeline

I have a 90 minute timeline and a clip that’s giving me trouble that I’d like to find and replace in said timeline. I know you can do a find/find all search in the timeline. Which selects all the instances of the clip… so my question is how can I shuttle to the 2nd, 3rd, etc. instance without having to manually scroll all 90 minutes and hope I don’t miss one?

    p.s. I’m working in FCP7 v7.0.3 on OSX 10.8.3

Do a FIND to find the first one…not a FIND ALL…just a simple FIND. Then, press CMD-G to FIND NEXT. That will tab you through all instances.
