Activation error
I accidentally requested a new site code and MID # when installing, which are different from the ones I was provided by Wondertouch when I followed the proper procedure. I can’t change the old ones, I can’t enter my activation code to remove the license as it doesn’t match and I can’t change the Site or MID codes by hand. I am officially stuck as I can’t start the program and uninstalling it doesn’t remove the license/activation. How do I reset the activation program so that I can start over properly?

You didn’t do anything — the MID and Site Codes are generated automatically.
Just click the “activate online” button to generate a new activation code.
If you don’t have your serial number anymore, email support at wondertouch dot com.
