What’s the MAC solution? Mine still doesn’t work.

Try deleting the preferences. Spotlight search for “pIllusion3.prefs” and trash that file.

If that doesn’t fix the problem, send an email to support at wondertouch dot com with as much detail as possible, including a bit more of the crash report.
