    Hi,

I am the course leader for the MA Directing: Film and TV Course at the University of Westminster in London and I am looking to commission or buy a graphic sequence constructed in Cinema 4D.

One of the modules on the course is the Action & Effects module. The graphic sequence; a car chase and crash – or similar mayhem. Will be used to give the emerging directors experience of covering an action scene such as this, through using a number of camera set ups on the sequence. Which are then rendered out as QuickTime files and put together by an experienced professional film editor.

The sequence does not have to be of the best detail. The cars, characters can be the free models that are available – I have some which would do. So there’s not a great deal of modelling required. What is required is the animation skills and the vision. Alternatively if you have an action sequence such as this already made we would be interested in acquiring the rights to use it for the module.

Aside from paying you for your time, not a great deal I’m afraid, we’d also want to involve the Animator in the module exercise in which the sequence will be used, if that would be of interest to you.

Given the requirements the task would probably best suit a UK based artist. If this is something which would appeal to you or you have some thoughts. Please get in touch.
